Sourcing

Where the numbers come from

The indicators on the board are official public data from FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data) and the IMF, redistributed with attribution: housing starts, permits, construction spending, industrial production, producer price indices, rates, and foreign exchange.

The copper price is IMF global price data, which carries a citation requirement; it is attributed on the board wherever it appears.

Two series are licensed rather than public, the ISM Manufacturing PMI and the AIA Architecture Billings Index. The public board shows only free, officially sourced series, so nothing on it is fabricated or shown as live when it is not. World indices in the top strip are shown for context only.

Questions

What this is, and who it serves

What is market intelligence?

Market intelligence is the disciplined reading of the signals that move a market before they show up in revenue: demand, production, input costs, policy, and competitive moves. It turns scattered data into a clear commercial picture so leaders can decide with evidence rather than instinct.

What does Infra Market News cover?

We track the North American construction economy: demand, major projects, contractors, building products and materials, distribution, specification, capital investment, consolidation, labour and policy. Manufacturing is covered when it supplies the built environment or its facility investment materially affects construction markets.

Who is it for?

Construction company owners, commercial service companies, building-product and construction-material manufacturers, distributors, architects and specifiers, developers, and the investors or operating partners backing them.

How does it connect to InfraLaunchPro consulting?

Infra Market News is the public read on the market. InfraLaunchPro is the consulting practice behind it, where the same intelligence is applied to commercial architecture, channel strategy, and market entry for specific companies.
